Rest assured, we thoroughly disinfect the treatment room after each customer, and a clean bath-sheet towel will be provided for your session.

At the OMC we stock a fantastic range of massage oils, creams and waxes with therapeutic ingredients to help your body to relax and give a professional treatment:

  • For the therapeutical massage: Grape seed oil, Soya bean oil with a lavender scent and wheatgerm or Songbird massage wax
  • For the facial treatments: vegan and chemical free skincare facial products as well as the extra virgin coconut oil for the face massage. We use the Tropic Skincare.
  • For the reflexology: Songbird reflexology wax made with beeswax.
  • For the aromatherapy: 100% pure almond oil or grape seed oil as a carrier oil and 3 or 4 types of 100% pure essential oils.

Bamboo Massage (warm)

The warmth of the bamboo is a big factor in the effectiveness of this massage. The heat allows deeper tissue penetration, meaning we can get to the toughest of knots.

Bamboo sticks also come in different shapes and sizes, allowing me to roll them onto you like a rolling pin, or use smaller pieces for difficult areas such as the neck and shoulder regions, which are key areas whenever you are presenting with stress.

Massage increases the rate of blood flow and the delivery of oxygen to the tissues. This means that the oxygen rich blood needed to repair damaged and tense muscles is supplied and lasts for more than 72 hours post treatment.

Bamboo massage can aid weight loss by breaking down fat cells. We recommend at least six sessions for visible results.
