Louise Potter

Holistic, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist

My interest in physical therapy was sparked several years ago when my mum became paralysed from the waist down.

I saw the amazing job the physiotherapists did with her and how it gave her hope
and confidence at a very difficult time.

I decided to take the plunge and retrain during the pandemic. When my job in the airline industry was under threat I knew I was ready for a new challenge.

I trained at the Quantum Metta School of Massage in central London gaining Diplomas in Holistic Massage and Sports Massage ITEC level 3.

I decided to do a further Diploma in Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage and I will continue my studies this year.

I have definitely found my passion in life!

The positive effects that massage can have on the body are not only the physical state but
also the emotional, psychological and spiritual……

Something which inspires me to give every client a truly holistic experience and
be the best therapist I can be.

Regular Sports and Deep Tissue massages can help decrease pain and stiffness, decrease tightness and tension in muscles and increase muscle tone while keeping muscles supple and ironing out any niggles.

I consider that the complementary therapies are essential for maintaining good health and well-being.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming new clients as I join The OMC as part of the Therapy Team!
