DIY Air Freshener 🌿

If you have herbs in your garden, this is a great way to add fresh scents to your home.

These can be placed all around the house.

You'll get a gentle waft of aroma when you pass them...just beautiful!

What to do:

👉 Get a bunch of herbs from the garden, gently wash and dry.

👉 Tie them up into a bunch with string, and hang in your home.

💜 TIP:

Lavender is good for the bedroom as it's used as a sleep aid. It's also nice in the hot water cupboard.

You can use:

Any aromatic herbs you like: Lavender, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon Verbena, Mint and more!

An invigorating coffee scrub for the face and body...

💚 Peppermint is used in many products and it leaves the skin feeling invigorated and tingly.

Mix together:

1-2 tablespoons of coffee grounds

1-2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil

1 drop of peppermint essential oil

Massage into your skin, using light pressure.

Avoid the eye area.

Use your fingertips and work from your neck up to your forehead.

Rinse off with warm water and a facecloth.

Massage into your skin with a firm pressure.

This is helpful for areas where you have ingrown hairs e.g post shaving or waxing.

Rinse off in the shower.

Be careful when using essential oils.

And avoid the eye area.
